I often get the comment why are you on a Diet you are tiny…?
I am NOT on a diet I am on a journey to improve my health and if I can assist others along the way I want too!!! Just because I am tiny does not mean healthy or in shape!
Here is a little background on me I use to go to the gym 3 times a week, ride my horse at least 4 times a week (Barrel racing / training), and worked with draft horses and could sling a 40lb harness with no problem.
In the past few years I became consumed with work and life I quit working out, I sold my horse, and no longer work with draft horses; little did I know all of those activities kept me in great shape! Today I get winded easily, have trouble lifting anything above 15 pounds, my eating habits were awful, and suffer from a condition called lordosis of the spine! Many people have not heard of lordosis so let me explain briefly it is an over curvature of the spine in which my spine is compressed to much in the lower sections causing pain and numbness. Essentially my spine looks like a beer belly! This condition is caused from improper posture while sitting in an office chair for hours and hours.
Being aware of what I put in my body has become an important part of my daily routine and it is a lot easier than what we think! I have chosen to use Arbonne products because they are gluten, vegan, and soy FREE! I do NOT have to not consume gluten, I am not a Vegan or Vegetarian, or lactose intolerant but these products have proven to me to be of the BEST QUALITY and only continue improve in QUALITY!
I am working on eliminating processed foods, GMO’s, and non-organic products from my families diet. We are not perfect but we are trying and it is possible for us to do and you! Clean eating is made out to sound like a horribly difficult thing but really it’s not. Eat as much fresh organic food as possible, stay away from processed food, and avoid GMO’s…
Since I started using Arbonne products and following a more clean eating routine I have more energy, mental focus, and ambition to do things! The conclusion I have come to is what you put in is what you get out!
So now you know why I began my journey with Arbonne! If you are interested in beginning a similar journey I would love to assist you!
