1 peach per person
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Cut peaches in half and remove seed.
Place in shallow baking dish with cut side up.
Place 1 tablespoon of of butter on each side of peach.
Top with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each side.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Add just a little water to bottom of baking dish (just enough to cover the bottom of the dish).
Bake at 425º for 25 – 30 minutes.
